We contacted FTC today about an issue with our truck, and their response was outstanding. Dawson arrived this evening to diagnose our Peterbilt and, within an hour, had identified the problem, sourced the necessary parts, and scheduled a return visit for installation tomorrow. He was kind, personable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find that level of efficiency and customer service. We highly recommend FTC and Dawson!
