Our fiber went down yesterday afternoon on Friday and we haven’t yet to get a call or an email or anything we’ve made three reports. They said there was a large outage. Nobody’s heard about this outage.
Internet service is great! The reason for the two stars? On Monday FTC came out to run internet service across the street from my house to some new homes. In doing so they damaged the cable that runs service to my home. I was thinking that something was wrong with my router. So I called them yesterday(Tuesday) for a repair order. They told me that someone would be at my house the next morning. It’s 11:30 and I’ve been sitting in my front yard waiting. Fantastic company to work with. I've been with them for almost 40 years and no matter where I've moved to throughout the state, and the moves have been many, I've kept my contract with them. They found and provided a number of discounts for me without my asking. Besides the excellent service I can also vouch for extremely competitive fee schedules. I'd give them 10 stars if possible.
