Customer service representative are great at assuring you they are working on your issue, but the timing of installation for new service is horrible. Working with outside contractors need to be looked into, it should not that three weeks or longer to dig, run a line from the road to do an install of a new phone.
Don't get if you want to pay almost 100.00 just for internet. They get you just like Spectrum one month it's one price and goes up each month, time to get another internet provider that sticks to what they say, tired of these companies and their gimmicks to get your money.
The staff is amazing. Wasn't crowded. Quick and prompt service with April.
Great service...Internet went down and I gave them a call. Within a very short time the same morning they sent Josh out to take a look. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and took care of it very quickly.
What happened? Used to be great service. They completely suck now. You officially rank with rectum spectrum now congrats.
