Do not I repeat do not buy a motorcycle from them or American Power Sports, unless you want to be ripped off and lied to numerous times. They will tell you anything to sell you bike, special do not buy maintenance program you will cost thousands of dollars and never get your money worth no matter how they explain it. They told me I got 10 oil changes and tunes ups and they change it to 36 mths so they could get more money. Took bike in for brake flush recall and service told me they did not have time after I called in advance.
Very friendly and great service yesterday when I was there! Got my ultra out in a timely manner!
All I can say is just don't take your motorcycle in for an accident quote cuz they will screw you and your insurance company. First of all I told them not to Total it and they totaled it, they were trying to add Parts on there that was not damaged in the accident I told them that I would come back up there and point out what the damages were good thing I did cuz they were going to put a brand new tank on it and it didn't even need one they charged me for parts that were not even replaced and when I told them to take those pa... read more
