Definitely not what it once was Since the corporate take over quality and service is definitely not what it used to be.The quality of the flowers is marginal at best. Usually the flowers look to be old on there day of supposed arrival, Customer service is non existant and the manager gives you the feeling that you are bothering her and when she does take time to speak with you there's the feeling that she is trying to pull one over on you.
