I wish I remembered our waitress name she was awesome! I haven't been there in years but Daughter and friend wanted to go so we went. We ate outside and since it was raining they had plastic down but it was very nice. The waitress never forgot about us, which was very nice. Loved the food. I would highly recommend the place.

We’ve been coming to the Hooters for a very long time, the last two times my Husbands wings have been so hard and tough and mine were soft and tender! I don’t know if your dropping your wings a 2nd time?!?!? But i really can’t figure out how two orders drop at the same time and one is tender and the other tough, but we will try you one more time, if it is the same way I’m sorry but you may loose two loyal customers!

Hi Susan! We haven't changed the way that we are cooking wings, and each order is cooked fresh. However, it seems that your husband's wings were overcooked two times in a row. We do use multiple fry baskets, so it's not out of the realm of possibility that one basket could have been cooked longer. I'm so sorry though -- they should not be tough at all and consistently tender! While visiting Sanibel, we decided to travel off the island for lunch with our two sons. SKYLAR was awesome! She seated us; got our drinks quickly; she had our food out to us in no time and it was very good! She kept an eye on us for refills and even got us to-go drinks! This was our 2nd visit to this Hooters location and both times the service and food have been great! Also, we really like that you offer free parking behind the restaurant. We look forward to visiting you again on our next annual trip down! 😊
