After a week of feeling extremely unwell, I requested bloodwork from Dr. Ross, my PCP. I was told I needed an appointment, so I scheduled with Dr. Hart, another provider in the practice. During that appointment she misdiagnosed me with gastroenteritis. She didn’t listen to my heart or lungs. It is a doctors office, it is clean and the staff is friendly.
I’m really disappointed in the lack of empathy I’ve experienced from this office. I moved here in late 2024. My first appointment I expanded that I have multiple health conditions and I was seen twice a month by my last doctor for monitoring and Preventive care. This is how my Insurance company also wanted my care Handled. First responders may want to reconsider care here. While waiting for care the team behind the counter thought it appropriate to openly have conversations about shootings and law enforcement. They referred to law enforcement agents as Nazis in this conversation, which is highly inappropriate in a professional environment. Multiple employees were present for the conversation, 3 or 4 and none of them said a word to the employee voicing these opinions.
