First responders may want to reconsider care here. While waiting for care the team behind the counter thought it appropriate to openly have conversations about shootings and law enforcement. They referred to law enforcement agents as Nazis in this conversation, which is highly inappropriate in a professional environment. Multiple employees were present for the conversation, 3 or 4 and none of them said a word to the employee voicing these opinions. The staff are great and so are the providers…however, St Elizabeth has some very shady billing practices. You know when they ask you if you’re having any problems at every wellness exam that you want to discuss, yeah just don’t do it unless you’re prepared to drop a copay. Next time I’ll just keep my issues to myself. Especially since all I got was a referral for an appointment I could have scheduled myself without having a referral.

Recently transferred to this location due to it being 10 mins from my work. Initially it was a good experience but after 2 visits it’s been nothing but a run around. I mentioned to the provider I would be traveling and flying. I already have anxiety and planes make me nervous. I have always gotten 2 days of medicine for my travels. With this provider I was seen on Thursday and mentioned my vacation but we did not set in stone my medicine for the flight. Message the next Monday and was told I had to be seen again.
