I recently received a license plate frame as a gift. It wasn't something that I could use, the people at FSSI we're very easy to work with, and gave a full credit the same day. I very much appreciate their understanding.
I just have to say what an awesome encounter I had with this company. I ordered four things altogether with my order and when it was delivered I was sadden because an emblem I had ordered for my hubby hadn’t arrived. However, to my surprise there was a hand written note explaining the why the item wasn’t in the box. The manufacturer of the emblem was out of stock and hadn’t put that on the website. But they reassured me in the note they would find out an expected in stock date and be back with me ASAP, I waited a couple days... read more
