The customer service I've received from FSNB has been extremely poor. I've been cold transferred more times than I can say, and my calls have been disconnected at least 5 times while holding for a representative! I've been advised by my local branch to contact them with any issues I have because they have received nothing but complaints about the customer service representatives.
Fort Sill National Bank continually lies to its customers. I was GUARANTEED id get my money early with direct deposit. I dont get my money early.
