I contacted the bank this morning to find out if I could make a mobile deposit during this crisis and was told no. This is the worst bank I’ve ever seen. It starts out sounding great but they will rob you blind.Stay away from them
During covid 19 outbreak I decided to try and use mobile check deposit, instead of going into the location with a cough, two checks were placed on hold and the third check was rejected for having my maiden name on it. I was told possibly could go into a location to possibly cash it. Ok well as I’m sitting here not able to get groceries delivered to me, out of work since February, they refused to lift the hold on the two deposits and forcing me to go into the store location to try and get enough money to get me through. I’m trying to find a way to report that y’all are not protecting y’all employees during this coroanavirus situation. It’s just business as usual with y’all. Still got associates walking up to people trying to get accounts. That’s so dangerous. They also have a pregnant associate who asked to go on leave to protect her unborn child. They said she would have to quit then reapply later!!!
I have paid $3.00 a month for the last year to be an “elite”customer. What an absolute joke! 4 phones calls, every rep was nasty unprofessional!! FSNB is a complete joke. Refusal to escalate call to supervisor. Rudeness, boldly lying, then they hang up on you. Do yourself a favor, and find a different place to keep your money. Recommendednot had no problems with them
I DO NOT recommend this bank. We have banked with them for 11 years now, and honestly have had nothing but issues. It’s our fault really for staying with them for so long. The only good thing is their overdraft fees are only $19.75 while other banks are twice that. I called a few weeks ago and cancelled our overdraft, yet yesterday they cashed a check for $1,000. I have had this bank for a few months i work full time and have money deposited every two weeks yet i just get a letter telling me my overdraft is shut off because i havent paid my over draft yet i just got paid the 21 so it was paid on the 21 then the 25 they send this letter i absolutely hate this bank with a passion all they want to do is SCAM u out of ur money
We have been with FSNB for the past 11 yrs and for the past 11 yrs they have taken our hard earned money over and over again. It's time for that to change. I will do everything in my power to expose this horrid company for who they really are. A bunch of thieves that take advantage of military veterans. You guys are pathetic and need to be stopped so no one else has to experience the heartache me and my family have experienced.
