I would give this company zero stars if I could, but unfortunately one star is the lowest option. I would not recommend this company to anyone considering new flooring installation. As shown in the attached photos, the flooring was improperly installed—specifically, no moisture barrier was placed over the concrete subfloor. I got flooring done by FSI design in my home and while overall its good, theres some major issues they havent fixed in literally 3 months now. The flooring has hairline fractures in places and part of the flooring on the stairs was lifting. And the long wait is not just that theres a supply shortage or something. FSI did the flooring in our new build home. The flooring dips in many areas and certain spots even buckle when you step on them, while other spots are elevated where it’s like a hill in my floor. After months and months of waiting for someone to remedy the situation they finally sent an inspector. This gentleman measured and took pictures and said it was over 1.5” above the tolerance that’s allowed. We were told they received his report and ordered the flooring to fix our many problem areas.
