Young couple expecting a baby next month placed a 300.00 dollar deposit that management gladly excepted. The couple failed the background check and weren't able to move in this apartment management refused to refund the couples hard earned 300 dollars so they can find another location. I doubt the apartment complex lost any money on this transaction. This is an immoral act. I would think twice before handing any money over to this bottom feeder.
