I’m so disappointed this was the most unprofessional experience I ever had. First I do t know who I was texting… I didn’t say talk too. Very unprofessional. Communication sucks!! Nancy or whoever I was texting her communication suck. After I paid the $35 application fee… I was told I didn’t meet the income requirements. Which is a LIE!! Rent is 995 I make 3x that a month. This place is a scam just want the $35 application fee and then they won’t approve you… FS Houses are doing applications fee scams
My first time renting with this company I must say they have excellent communication from the agent brendan who showed me 2 houses and communicating through email with the property management was very smooth.Thank You to the leasing agent who went the extra mile to communicate and answer every question I had!!
