Younger lady answering questions in the windows was rude and acted like it was my problem when I called twice to make sure my prescription would be filled 48 hours before I actually went to pick it up. No one reached out regarding my “ insurance issue” which was a simple fix. I called twice to verify and both times was told it was okay. She was terrible to work with.
Terrible customer service, our doctor had to get involved
Disappointed with the points on the prescription. My insurance hasn't changed and now only get points for the dollars spent. Used to get 25 points on every script No matter what the cost was.
Last month I tried to fill a prescription that I have been filling for months. They sent a text saying my meds were ready for pick up when I got there the pharmacist LIED and told me I wasn't able to pick it up due to insurance. Called my insurance on the spot and they confirm it wasn’t true. They then stated it was out of stock.
