Surprisingy Good Store At first glance, Fry's electronics seems to be a dull electronics store, but inside its outer shell is a magnificent store full of great products, great variety,and low prices. Itis a surprisingly large store that has products varying from appliances to electronics to gadgets. The downside to the store is thathe customer service, lines, and location are not the best. electonics I stopped by here to just look around and I was very impressed with the prices. I ended up purchasing a webcam at a very good price, I got the best deal. This store needs more employees around to help out customers with their questions but other than that I would recommend.
Excellent They have eeverything you need for electronics. The store has each department clearly labeled and when you enter their is someone around to greet you and head you in the right direction. Once you find the departent you need their are loads of well informed sales individuals that will help you with all your questions. great place to shop.
Best of the Two Fry's Electronics is a huge super computer that sells from computers, software, household appliances, to junk food. They have a huge selection and their prices are not bad when it one sale of course. They frequently have full-page ads in the newspaper. I like to go to this Fry because of the freshness of the products. Unlike the one on Fountain Valley, this store has all new, and I never have a problem of defective item.
Out $200 I purchased a power supply for my computer when I went to install it into my computer I found it had been opened the parts were missing. When I installed it of course it did not work! I went to return it to fry's and stood in line for 2 hours to be told the serial number did not match. They would not return it and told me I would need to call the manufacture as this is not their problem. I left mad and voued never to shop at this place again! They Could be Better If you see something on sale. Don't base it on the rebates. I have not had a lot of luck with their rebate system. Fortunately it was only a few dollars.Also if you are building a computer don't sit on the part, you only have so long to return if part is bad. Justin
Electronics Galore Frys is the definate one stop shop for computer junkies or those with a affection for home theater and electronic gadgets. Their selection is unbeatable. Just make sure you don't pick up a open box item that has been restocked - as these sell fro the same price and may sometime have a defect or other issues. prices are very easonable and the sales are plentiful. Always in Stock I noticed this Fry always got stock of the sale item. Every time the other fry ran out of the sale item, I tend to drive a couple extra miles to this Fry and to my surprise I always go home with the item. I love this Fry. This Fry is bigger then the one on Fountain Valley. The only problem with this store, is the way is is pretty small. But I guess, all fry need more exit and enterance lanes.
Customer's Returns Fry's Electronics store may seem a very impressive store from outside because of the large building and the big business sign facing the 91 Riverside freeway. But the customer service in itself is one of the worst if not the Worst of the WORST!!
