Bought a refurbished laptop.. with warranty... not even 7 months old and they would NOT give me a loaner unless they are keeping it longer than 24 hours... SERIOUSLY? My warranty says loaner upon request.
The Computer service department needs to be retrained in customer service, as well as, quality job performance I have come up here three times in 2 days and my computer is still not fixed.
Fuck this place had their LP followed me while I was with one of my austic students once I asked him why he was following all of a sudden he wasn't behind us anymore. Then when I'm leaving the guys at the door just looking at me one at my pockets. Horrible, my student was saving money to buy a laptop won't be here.
