LOVE FRYS I have been a customer of Frys in Wilsonville since they bought out Incredible Universe 10 or 11 years ago. At first, their customer service was deplorable. However, I have a sneaking suspicion that their staff underwent some excellent CS training, because in the past 4 years their service was improved greatly. I have not had "to stand around waiting to be waited on." I have always found what I wanted. I have had them live up to their "best price" guarantee when I found an Ad from another store that was lower. They... read more

Awful service, don't stand by their products Fry's doesn't stand behind their products and offers terrible customer service. I bought a $500 tv and after having it for a week it was clear that it was a defective model. When I brought it back into the store they refused to take the tv back or exchange it without charging me a 5% restocking fee. I asked to speak to the manager and explained I wasn't returning the tv because I wanted another model, rather that it wasn't working. The manager did not care and said that even if I ... read more

Big Store with a Whole Bunch Of Electronics you won't find else where This store is has a huge selections on all electronics. The only thing a wish is that a store of is kind would be a closer area where I live. Can say much about services at this store hardly see one close by when I go or enough of them around to offer any help.

Your Full Service Electronic Store Frys has everything under the sun as far as electronics goes. The store is divided in a way that makes it easy to find what you're looking for. They have some refurbished items at a discount. The repair department is quick and reasonable. The only disadvantage is that it is miles out of the way from Beaverton or Portland. They have a very large ad in the Oregonian and often have the lowest prices around. The employees seem knowledgable and friendly..

The Giant in the Electronic World This is my 15 year old son's favorite place to go for electronic equipment. It is a bit of a drive, but well worth it. It can be overwhelming if you have never been there because it is huge. They do have a lot of friendly, helpful staff circulating looking for bewildered customers who don't know which way to turn. All the aisles are very well marked though and they even have store maps to help you find your way around. That's how big it is.

Great electronics superstore Overall, I think this is a great store. They have a great selection in just about everything "electronic". Their parking lot is huge so parking is not an issue. They are located outside of the metro area so it is a bit of a jaunt to drive there but overall, definitely a place worth visiting.

Informative yet not overbearing Fry's has many qualities, first being the selection of electronics ranging from wide screen TV's to the smallest eithernet cable for the computer. I believe what I like most of all is the fact the sales people do not pester you. It is this last reason I will always return.

Mediocre service, but huge selection Fry's used to be known as Incredible Universe (slogan: "If it's not in the Universe, it doesn't exist.") and they continue to live up to that slogan. They have everything from refrigerators and vacuum cleaners to huge televisions to anything you might need for your computer. If it uses electricity, they probably carry it. If you need assistance, however, good luck. The staff members tend to read you the information from the back of the boxes (something I can do without their help) and are... read more
