No More!!! bought a $1900.00 camara on a 1 year no interest plan and divided the payments up equally paying them via electronic payment scheduled monthly to ensure payment and with one payment left, I chose to check the Frys Credit website instead of my statements. The payment due date was 6-14-11 and I payed the final amount on 6/1/11. I failed to realize that the 1 yr ended on 5/24/11 because they hide this date in plain site on the statement in small print and I recieved another bill for $258.00 in interest I was so dilig... read more
two thumbs down. I have called Fry's 4 times to check to see if they have a baby monitor in stock that I saw on there web-site. two out of the 4 times they transferred me to another dept. and when they answered I was put on hold. whatever they did at this point disconnected the call. the last two times when I was transferred nobody would answer and it just stayed ringing. This is unexceptable to me, the economy is bad and with this kind of incopitancy there is no wonder the economy bad. You should be wanting all the bissines... read more
The Manager Terry Is Very RUDE.DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!!! I went to Fry's i bought 2 laptop desks got home opened then up, 1 was fine , the second one wasnt even the same desk as in the picture..even if i wanted to put it together i couldnt have because the instructions was for the desk i thought i bought in the picture on the outside of the box.. Good deals on laptops... I got a nice Toshiba computer laptop for $600.00 all in. Not only that, the salesman was honest enough to deal me that the computer he showed me was perfect for my needs instead of trying to up-sell me to $1000.00 computer. I respect the fact he listened to my needs and I am very satisfied with my laptop.
Big Store Big Selection Fry's Electronics is the largest electronics store I've ever been in. That also means they have a huge selection of items to choose from and there are some pretty good deals to be had. The cons of Fry's are the long lines of customers that wait to checkout. Unfortunately, I don't recommend a shopping visit around the holidays.
Customer Service I bought a fridge from them. It's delivered on time BUT the door has damage!!! I was told them at the time. I was told I'll have a new door in a few days! 2 weeks later I went to the store in person (after several phone calls) The store manager Terry told me herself I'll have a whole new fridge tomorrow between 10-2. Excellent store, one of the best of its kind Fry's opened up a few years back in the Vegas Valley, and this store is like a breath of fresh air. There have been numerous chain electronic stores opening up around the valley over the last few years, but none of them really jumped out at me and kept me hooked.
Electronics heaven!! Fry's has any sort of electronics device you could ever hope for. The store is massive. The prices are good and you can usually find a great deal or two on every visit.
Selection is Great , Service is horrible If you want to find a certain movie or anything fry's is for you and for that reason it is better than best buy because they have tons of movies!
