I would avoid this business. I bought a house where they installed new units 8 years ago. These units were sized improperly, therefore coils prematurely went bad. With help of GM, I went ahead and purchased new units. They installed those incorrectly as well, leading to double electric bill 2.5 months straight. Electric bills returned to normal after they made proper install adjustment, but refuse now to help compensate for high electric. Will be changing providers...
They installed my AC unit almost 3 years ago and my 2 year labor & 2 year maintenance expired. Wanted them to come out to check unit due to all the 100 plus degree days and they were going to charge me a $279 ladder fee plus trip charge. Unit is on roof but they have never charged a ladder fee before. Apparently they are into gauging customers now. Called Lax Air and they were reasonable & awesome! Frymire will never step foot in my home again.
