Was very kind and helpful at first for a custom home build, but then ghosted me for more than two months. Wouldn't return my emails, calls, or texts. I kept trying to reach Troy, and when he finally returned my email, it was just to say that he was too busy to build my house (even though two months prior he indicated that he was completely on board). Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience all around.
