Excellent! I’ve been going to Dr. Fryer for years. Besides being a competent doctor , she is also a compassionate one. My developmentally disabled brother saw her today for a skin check,and I was once again impressed by her gentleness and compassion!
A waste of money. Clearly she took my money, her treatments did nothing and she made no attempt to correct . She would not even return my call when I wanted to see how this could be resolved. Very uncomfortable feeling, as I feel she did not act professionally, when dealing with my extreme dissatisfaction. Even her assistant did not know how to respond when she was alone with me and compared the before and after, which showed no change.
Be careful of this doctor! At first, you think she is caring and helpful, however, it is all about the money! Get this, do that and pay me. I did an elective procedure, not getting the results I was hoping for, she said for $500 more (after spending $4000!, Lets do one more time and it should work) DID NOT and then she refused to take my calls. She wants money and more money, go to a reliable doctor.
I have been there a few times over the past few years for my yearly check ups.. it was always just ok. The staff is unfriendly and try to bully you into paying an invoice as soon as you walk in through the doors. I had the most unfriendly and unprofessional experience . I will never go back there.
This office is clearly all about the money. The office staff are rude and unprofessional. They will not go out of their way to help anyone, not even patients that have been going to them for years. There are much better dermatologists then Jennifer Fryer on Long Island who are more caring and sensitive to their patients needs.
Dr. Fryer was kind and patient with my son who had a cyst near his eye, which had reoccurred. Even though she had a full schedule she made time to see him. She really helped him, and I remain thankful.
I've been going to the dr J and E Fryer for years. They are thorough and are receptive to concerns and any dermatological questions I have had. I recommend them to anyone with skin concerns
Definitely would recommend and have recommended already. Great all around service.
Dr. Fryer was very kind and listened to mine & my 14yr old daughter's concerns regarding her acne. Dr. Fryer was very conservative in her treatment. She made my daughter feel very comfortable and answered all her questions. Her staff is polite and courteous and goes out of their way to help. I highly recommend her.
