Absolutely awful waited 20mins to check in which never happened by the way. Then as we were about to check in Finally the awful woman behind the glass told us to wait longer so she could help someone who has already been seen and instead of doing her job in a quickly manner she decided that it was ok to start an irrelevant conversation with him joking and laughing. I understand this is a medical facility and joking is nice but PLEASE DO YOUR JOB FIRST AND FOR MOST. I will NEVER be back EVER.

my regular doc is with Frye ...this urgent care is also Frye... they have access to my records.. easy as that .. great not to have a hassle doing a DOT physical like elsewhere I've been !
They were quick friendly staff wasn'ted waiting for long they got me right back n out loved the service first time for me to go to urgent care they fixed me right up

We had an excellent experience. The nurses, PA & front office staff was great. Took my 11 yr old in for stitches. They were great! And this is coming from a mother and retired nurse. The building was very clean also.
