Car rear window broke plus +5k$ worth in stuff stolen at 2pm just in front of the main entrance of the store. Is this the kind of security we should expect? My colleague got the passport stole while we are attending a trade show. No has seen or heard anything? For real? In front of the store?? This is just embarrassing and frustrating. America they say.. Been ripped off here lots of times. Bought a computer & 2 lap tops over time that I later found out were not new but refurbished. Also, tricked into buying a printer for $50 with my computer package, only to discover at register it was after a mail in rebate. Filled out the rebate sent it in, 2 months later received a rejection letter. Last thing, one of the laptops came with Microsoft Office, found out about a year later it was bootlegged. Is it Fry's, or the industry? Probably a little of both!
Four motherboards and 1 month later, I still don't have a working computer. But at least I have my money back, so it's not all bad.
I love Fry's promo codes that you get through signing up to their email. The BEST!!!
The frys in Fremont has terrible service especially in the computer department, the worst service I got from a manager. Won't shop there anymore.
The people who work at customer service aren't trustworthy. Don't buy from here unless you know exactly what you are doing by yourself. Their only priority is to get commission from you. I visit regularly and it disgusts me to see the representatives approach people just to hand them a paper that claims that "they have been helped" by the representatives in order to receive credit, because they didn't help at all.I look forward to Fry's attempt to tell me that I am wrong.
