I dont shop here any more just because how they process the returns first you MUST go to customer service area and wait in a big line then you MUST WAIT for a cashier to give you back your money ****WAIT AGAIN IN A BIG LINE**** I applaud you are busy but Horrible about returns - Randy would you please explain why the return policy is designed to waste customers TIME? I wrote a letter to corporate which never received any kind of response on an explanation i guess another bad aspect of horrible customer service
The Fry's Electronics store in Fremont seemed unmotated all by employees, as i visited yesterday. I asked questions in 2 different departments and both I got unsatisfactory service. Employees seemed to not have their heads in the game that evening. I still like visiting the store but i expect some genuine better service next tim
