I am very upset with the Fruth Pharmacy in Scott Depot drive thru. I sat in line almost 20 mins. There was only one car ahead of me(which was there whe I pulled in). I am considering going to another pharmacy.

HORRIBLE customer service. They ask you to call your prescription refills 3 days in advance, so you do...then you wait in line while 6 people wander around trying to find things and only ONE can come down to the register at a time. Then "the system must not have gotten it" even though it was confirmed on the phone AND through text message. Then your request goes to the END of the line and you are told "next time make sure you speak directly to someone. It will be about 30 minutes." FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. Went to the store on 160 in Ohio on Friday, November the 22nd, to get an item listed in the flyer that stated the sale start on Thursday. The item rang up the full price, I said it was in the flyer and the clerk at the other register said yes it was listed and showed the other clerk the page. My clerk said if they haven't put a sign up yet then she couldn't sale it at that price. WHAT(?) I smiled and told her she could just keep everything I was about to purchase and left.
