Both of the pharmacists at the Milton Fruth are wonderful. They have both been very helpful with medication questions and copay issues. I fee like all of the employees in the pharmacy area and the store section are all very friendly and seem to enjoy working in this store! Keep up the good work Milton!!

I GO TO THE FRUTH PHARMACY On summer street WV almost everyday! I work on the next block over. Took a mascara back that was old and clumpy when I opened this brand new pack. Owner didn't want to even exchange my product. Which I spend over a hundred dollars a month there! She was very rude and I will never come back! It's sad that she had to loose a great customer due to her being a complete BITCH!

I called the home office over a week ago about the poor management at the Oakwood Rd store in Charleston WV. I never received a call back. The manager of the store was yelling at employees in front of customers. There is a high turnover at this store, I rarely see the same employee there for more than month, The manager there needs to be fired.

I had a bad experience once at The Gallipolis store . A clerk made a mistake on my purchase and treated me badly . Lynn , herself , called me to ask what she could do to make me happy and keep my business . I really appreciated that . I will continue to shop there .
