Terrible Terrible. They brought my car six times not knowing what was wrong. Then they returned it without a single pin to fix the wires and the protective cover that everything collapsed. They charged $4000 for something that a real mechanic would have charged $200.
Just bought our 8th Cadillac from Luke Fruia. As allways, T III was great. Delivered our Optiq. Set everything up and answered all our questions. Great being part of the Luke Fruilla family.

Hands down, one, if not the best Dealership in the USA. I have been to many dealerships in the US in my time and I have never been amazed until now! From salesman Homar Garcia, Jesse B Manager, Raul C Finance Dept and even Mr. Luke (Owner) himself. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I called in about an hour ago to schedule an appointment for an update for the cameras on my truck. I spoke to a Martin from maintenance and was the most rude and disrespectful person. I asked if I can schedule an appointment to take in the truck and told him the issue. He said “there’s nothing about an update or a recall for the cameras”.
