I called in about an hour ago to schedule an appointment for an update for the cameras on my truck. I spoke to a Martin from maintenance and was the most rude and disrespectful person. I asked if I can schedule an appointment to take in the truck and told him the issue. He said “there’s nothing about an update or a recall for the cameras”. I have to say the experience my husband and I had with Luke Fruia Cadillac was great until the papers were signed. We purchased a 2024. CT4 previously owned for 5 months with 4500 miles. We were told the extra key was going to be dropped off after we left and it would be mailed. After a couple days I called Ben and the key had been dropped off but Lost at the dealership.
