I contacted Fruia Cadillac prepared to buy the 2025 Escalade IQ. I am still prepared to buy it. What follows is why the deal has not closed, and I think ownership should see it. The vehicle was presented dirty, with trash still in the trunk. The Cadillac Certified Pre-Owned paperwork I received was incomplete. Terrible Terrible. They brought my car six times not knowing what was wrong. Then they returned it without a single pin to fix the wires and the protective cover that everything collapsed. They charged $4000 for something that a real mechanic would have charged $200.
Just bought our 8th Cadillac from Luke Fruia. As allways, T III was great. Delivered our Optiq. Set everything up and answered all our questions. Great being part of the Luke Fruilla family.
