I have to say the experience my husband and I had with Luke Fruia Cadillac was great until the papers were signed. We purchased a 2024. CT4 previously owned for 5 months with 4500 miles. We were told the extra key was going to be dropped off after we left and it would be mailed. After a couple days I called Ben and the key had been dropped off but Lost at the dealership. Extremely poor service. I filed a windshield claim over three weeks ago and have received no response from the dealer. I’ve called multiple times, but the service department either hangs up or provides no help. Completely unacceptable and very unprofessional.
The dealership went beyond by getting me into a vehicle. I have bad credit and and they were still able to get me into a reliable car. The customer service out does all the other dealerships. They even offered me food and something to drink while I waited. Great job.
