I started working with Kevin on the purchase of a deeded half house in downtown Newburyport a year ago last summer upon the death of my husband. Kevin was so helpful and responsive in guiding me through the process, including recommending contractors to make the changes that I wanted. Of course I turned to Kevin to sell the property we had owned for 40 years, I highly recommend him and his team.
I am amazed that Kevin is so top-rated. I still wonder what was different about me. I am confident that my experience contributed to chronic lymphocytic leukemia I developed a year Kevin quickly got a highly loaded FMV offer conditioned on the buyer having the right to back out right up to closing..
