Phil’s Frame Factory is fantastic! They have competitive prices and do really beautiful, high-quality framing. What really stood out was the owner, whose personal attention, warmth, and genuine care made the entire experience unforgettable. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants both beautiful work and incredible service.
Paid upfront, and they did not make the date that was promised which was a week ago. Staff said they are understaffed is the reason, and to check back later. It actually wasnt cheap pricing but looks like discount framing store - so it is not cheap and not fast. I havent received my order yet but crossing fingers.
