This frame shop is truly exceptional — the staff went above and beyond, showing patience, kindness, and real expertise at every step. The quality of the framing is outstanding and my artwork has never looked better. What really stood out was the owner, whose personal attention, warmth, and genuine care made the entire experience unforgettable. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants both beautiful work and incredible service.
Paid upfront, and they did not make the date that was promised which was a week ago. Staff said they are understaffed is the reason, and to check back later. It actually wasnt cheap pricing but looks like discount framing store - so it is not cheap and not fast. I havent received my order yet but crossing fingers.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Frugal Phil’s! Nina is a gem— she’s so warm, patient, and knowledgeable. She gives thoughtful framing and matting recommendations and finishes pieces quickly. FP’s pricing is incredibly competitive; they charge less than Michael’s for every project. 10 stars for this Westwood small business!
There is a painting with a mirror in it that has been in my parents house for as long as I can remember. Unfortunately, their house had termites a few years ago and the termites apparently got into the frame of the painting (although we fumigated a few years ago). DO NOT COME HERE!!! Destroyed 2 of my art pieces and thought I wouldn’t notice that they cut my art I am absolutely heartbroken that they would take it upon themselves to CUT ART to fit a frame
