Daniel refused to sign SRP Cool Rebate application after confirming on 3 occasions he would. Once job completed, he threatened to remove HVAC and call police in a text to us. He refused calls & emails from SRP to discuss his refusal.
Frozen air came out when my ac unit stop working they made sure that I had my ac running as soon as possible even though I called them when it was after hours the owner was very knowledgeable and informative. I definitely recommend them for any future problems that I may have in the future.
I had a cooler only in my old house and Frozen Air helped me change that. They came out and did a complete A/C job in our home and I couldn't be more satisfied with the work they did. Not only was Daniel professional, but explained everything in detail. I will no doubt be recommending Frozen Air to family and friends. Thank you Again Frozen Air...
