The server was not attentive. We had to ask the server multiple times for the same thing. Sides for a dinner came out after we had finished the meal. We ordered wings plain with a side of sauce, they came out saucy. The waitresses response well at least it's not hot sauce. No where was it posted that they add an 18% gratuity to tables over a certain amount. We didn't find out until she dropped the bill at the table. Food and service was spot on. Now the drinks was ok, but I like mine stronger.
Great atmosphere!!! The bartenders were the best I've ever had and that's saying a lot from a guy who travels a ton!!

I absolutely loved The Frosted Mug and would go back again in a heartbeat....food surpassed my expectations and Jeremiah Ansz was the best manager!!
