RecommendedOrdered 3 dozen gluten-free, apple cinnamon cupcakes for my son and his classmates. Placed the order over the phone, 2 days ahead of time, and let them of know of his special dietary needs. Paid for the order in advance. My husband picked up the order without issue. They even called to let me know that the milk chocolate topper (that I chose) contained gluten, but that their dark chocolate didn't, so we opted for dark chocolate. Great cupcakes and great customer service. Thank you!
Best cupcakes but sad that they wouldn't give me my free birthday cupcake, the day after my birthday! They need to change that rule ASAP! ��
I was a very loyal customer of the Cupcakery. I have friends come in from the Inlad Empire to purchase cup cakes. Today I'm extremely disappointed. I called at 745pm to pick up a half dozen of chocolate cup cakes. They only have one left and they close at 9pm. I spoke with the manager and she refused to ice 5 cup cakes before closing. She told me she made an executive decision to not make money with my purchase and hope that someone comes in to purchase what she has in the case. Not a very sound business decision.
Bacon Cheddar Cornbread with Honey Buttercream is my favorite cupcake of all time! I wish they were on the menu all the time.
