This place is PHENOMENAL. I drove up for lunch from the Binghamton area and had Googled "dessert in Cortland" prior to my trip. Frosted came highly recommended and I have to say the positive reviews are spot on. I took advantage of their deal of a dozen cookies for $12 and also bought four cupcakes to score yet another free cookie.
