A representative made an offer on my RV. I accepted and then the fun began. I was called and told I would have to bring it down to their center and they would renegotiate. Then I was told this is wrong and they would be out on the 2nd to pick up the RV. Then I was called and told that they were rescinding the offer. Their representative that made the offer named Ashley, apologized and said she made the mistake. But I call this a very poor way to do business.

Linda, Ashley is a wholesaler and does not work for Frost RV, she called us on this unit because we are the best buyer in town for used motorhomes. We have never met you, you have also never come into our dealership. my staff was headed out this morning when a mistake was noticed that the book value Ashley gave us was incorrect, then Ashley called to inform you of this & you informed Arthur at the dealership that you were going to write bad review about my company.
