cryo chamber is amazing highly recommend it especially for faster recovery! the roller for the muscles you can't fully hit foam rolling or stretching! and the leg compression to get those deep fibers in those muscles!! 💪
I did the Jade Sauna, aqua cocoon and the aqua massage and love it all. Next time I'll do the massage in between.
The cryochamber is a good way to recover your soft tissue from a hard workout.
I've heard of cryotherapy before and I saw a special on Facebook so I decided to check it out. Great experience you feel totally lucid and good afterwards so I'd highly recommend it for anybody dealing with pain works great
