The staff is friendly and professional and Dr. Frost explains things thoroughly and seems to sincerely care about the dental health of his patients. If most businesses were to follow Dr. Frost and his team's example, valued customer service would no longer be a dying art form. I can honestly say that I have never been to any medical professionals office where I was treated so nicely. Everyone is very professional yet very personable. I was blown away that I received a call the next day to see how I was doing after a deep cleaning...I mean seriously no one does that. I was so impressed by the continued genuine concern for me and my family as well as our dental health.
