I was treated by three individuals,,, Daia,, the hygenist, Maggie the receptionist/scheduler, greeter and Dr Lee Frost. ALL WERE FANTASTIC AND MADE ME FEEL AS IF I WERE VISITING FAMILY,,,NOT A DENTIST AND STAFF. I TRAVEL 2 1/2 HRS TO SEE THIS STAFF SO I FEEL THAT STATEMENT SAYS IT ALL!!!!
As usual, my last dental visit at Dr. Frost's office was pleasant. Dr. Frost and his team always provide exceptional dental care. The staff are always friendly, and I look forward to seeing them at my dental visits. This is truly a unique dental office. From the moment you arrive at your appointment, you are greeted by a warm and caring staff. I look forward to being a patient of Dr. Frost and his staff for many years to come.
I found the office staff to be friendly, courteous and helpful. Dr. Frost is a gentle, caring and very proficient dentist. Both he and Jen's professionalism and concern extend above and beyond the norm.

Dr. Frost is a class act! He always makes every patient feel comfortable and special. The staff is wonderful. Everyone cares about the patients' comfort and are always quick to greet people with a smile. I've gone to Dr. Frost for the better part of 25 years, and will continue going to his office for as long as he has a practice!! :-)
Dr. Lee is THE BEST! 'Nuf said. The staff is always polite and friendly, I always get seen on time, they are concerned with my health and everything is explained in full. I couldn't ask for more in a dentist.
I just wanted to explain about my response on the wait-time question. While I did have to wait 30-45 minutes before being called in, Maggie apologized when I first got there and said that they had an emergency root canal that came in. It really didn't bother me because it's not a normal occurrence and besides... I got to watch the Olympics while I waited. I have been with the Frost Dental Group for many years, starting with Dr. William. Besides having the best dentist you can ever have, the staff that Dr. Lee has is unsurpassed.
