This has been one of the most frustrating residential management companies I’ve dealt with in both Los Angeles and NYC. In my experience, they are extremely slow to respond to maintenance and safety concerns, but very quick when it comes to collecting money. My dishwasher took nearly a year to be fixed, and the first repair person made the issue worse. Horrible service. We have Plumbing issues all the time, lose hot water in the winter and the gate malfunction therefore there’s no security in the garage. Manger takes for ever to respond and the office always go on voicemail. I have had issues with my door last winter and it took them 2 weeks to come fix my door.
