I"ve had Pacific Marine/Frontwave CrU since Sep 2007. This year 2024 I was impacted by Hurricane Beryl. I have Good credit (720) maintain all on time payments and just needed a slight increase to help with Emergency costs. I was denied a credit increase (high utilization) with almost 16 Years of On Time payments though. The one time I NEEDED help.
wish there was lower than a one star. this company is facilitating and auto loan for us. We are on automatic payments for all our payments so we are on time for everything. Frontwave tried to run our payment and they said it didn't go through, they left nondescript voicemails and emails saying to "call them", we of course receive offers and spam calls from credit unions all the time, so we didn't think anything of it.
