Called Frontline in the morning about my wasps problem and the representative, who was very professional and friendly, gave me a very reasonable quote and promised to have someone out to my property by 3 pm the same day. The service provided by technician Dimitri was excellent. He thoroughly inspected all areas, quickly identified the main issue, and promptly addressed it. He went above and beyond in his work—thank you for the outstanding service.
I spoke with a person in the call center and specifically asked if the technician who would come for the initial visit would do an assessment of the outside of the property, including surveying potential entry points for mice. I was told he would, and that he would have all of the equipment necessary to do so. I was given an original window of 9 AM - 11 AM which was quickly moved to 1015 AM -1215 PM. I called just looking for an estimate explaining I had a serious mouse problem, and Frontline sold me on services that seemed like they would come spray, treat, etc. Because my problem was so pressing, I was desperate to find a service and this sounded like a good option. It turns out, Frontline only plugs holes and puts down bait traps for mice, something I could’ve done. They didn’t even fully evaluate the problem area I noted (my attic).
