I called Frontline today to cancel my annual subscription (which began in early September 2024), and was surprised to learn that the account is immediately closed on the day you request cancellation. This means you lose access to the service right away, even though you’ve already paid for the month in advance. Be cautious when planning to cancel or renew — the policy isn’t clearly communicated. Extremely frustrated with Frontline, absolute horrible customer service. I told Frontline when I first started my contract that I don't want spraying done outside my house, only inside. Frontline has automatically scheduled services to come spray outside my home for the next day FOUR TIMES. Each time I have to waste my time calling them and repeatedly saying to stop scheduling outdoor spraying. Beyond ridiculous. Called Frontline in the morning about my wasps problem and the representative, who was very professional and friendly, gave me a very reasonable quote and promised to have someone out to my property by 3 pm the same day. Jeff the technician called to inform me, he was on his way and would be here in about 15 minutes. When the the technician arrived, he introduced himself.
