We first met Alan purely by chance and we so glad we did. Being from Canada we truly appreciated his professional yet approachable manner as we navigated through the process of buying a condo in Florida. His willingness to quickly respond to a seemingly never ending barrage of emails and meet with us over a 2 year period to tour units finally paid off when we closed on one of our own.
