Have had a great experience every visit! Recently took my cat in for UTI and they had to keep him overnight. Seemed to be very attentive to him while he was there and helpful with explaining things to me when I picked him up. We've seen Dr. Houser and Dr. Howk and they are both great!
We switched to Frontier last fall. The staff is awesome as are the doctors! The facility is so nice! We have taken a sick dog, used the grooming and used the “pet hotel” - we would highly recommend Frontier!

Awesome place very clean and smells very fresh...Dr. Houser is incredible...he loved my baby and was very explanatory with what was going on with her and what he suggested....he is very gentle with my baby and even laughed whe she wouldn't and couldn't stop wagging tail when he was listening to her lungs and heart....truthfully he and his staff was the first Libby never barked or growled at...so no stranger danger there...she felt very comfy even though it wad het first time
Thank you so much for taking care of Bree at the last minute. I am so grateful that y’all were able to see her without any hesitation. She doesn’t seem to feel well but she has ate and drank some water without any problems. Hope you all have a Merry Christmas �
I will never take my pets anywhere else. When I was looking for a vet for my new puppy, I asked recommendations for good vets in Abilene. Someone recommended Frontier and I noticed the 5 star rating. I looked them up and to my shock, one of their vets, Dr. Howk, has 2 kids who go to the daycare I work at!! Such a small world!! Very reasonable price with very exceptional care!
Absolutely love Frontier! From the front desk staff to the doctors every experience is so wonderful. I appreciate how patient and understanding the staff is to how attentive the docs are in my appointments. I have brought both my dogs in at the same time and have overwhelmed myself and they were so understanding and helpful. I cannot say enough about Frontier - so glad to have them caring for Pickles and Paisley and Dragon!
Thank you to all the vets and techs for getting my sweet puppy in and taking good care of her tonight even though the outcome wasn’t what our family wanted but it was the best for her. Thank y’all for being so good to our family
