RecommendedMade an urgent appointment for a pup they’ve never seen. Ruthie got me in same day very quickly. Dr. Byrd was knowledgeable and AMAZING!!!! I was so impressed that I proceeded to book another appointment for my other pup for a check up, and they squeezed me in! Definitely would recommend anyone looking for a vet home to give them a try.
I took one of my dogs there today for the first time and she is a difficult dog. The staff was so good and gentle with her that her visit without any issues. I am very impressed with the care she recieved and will definitely return to them.
I was in San Antonio when I received a call about staff changes. You know I love Dr Bloodgood and grateful for all the staff, particularly Ruthie. I have worked many years and Ruthie has the best customer service skills. Thank you for all the team does and especially for Gary and Ruthie.
I work with rescue and take all my fosters there. The staff is so great with these fearful dogs. My dogs all love to go there and sometimes don't even want to leave.
they are so friendly and helpful when my daughters puppy was sick they helped me out with question and answer before I even decided to let them treat her and it was affordable they are who I'm allowing to take care of all my fur babies from here on out fyi my daughters puppy has made a full recovery ❤
We moved to Abilene just over a year ago and I was determined to have a vet clinic lined up before we actually landed here. These doctors and staff are the BEST! They work to get you in when needed, explain lab results and diagnoses and go out of their way to get answers even when they are unfamiliar with results, i.e. tick borne diseases brought with us from the NE, yuck! Fast, effective and reasonable rates. Staff is very friendly also.
My mother tried to drop her dog off for boarding this morning. Apparently 9:09 AM is too late? She gave plenty of notice. The dog spent 2 days in daycare which was required. The doors were locked and there is no doorbell. There is no phone number to call and speak directly to the boarding staff. There was no way to get their attention. No one was even aware she was there waiting and knocking. We’re supposed to be on our way out of town right now for a family trip, hotel reservations and everything.
