Great customer service.
Frontier Toyoya makes you believe that they are selling at MSRP, but then they demand adding cilajet coating at $3995, where it should cost only few hundred dollars, they also want to charge $395 for door guards which is a $140 Toyota option. They would not sell the car without those add ons. I told them I do not wantvit. That coating is controvertial anyway. My feeling is thay they are not honest and they try to scam.

Communication was quick, listing was accurate, and the vehicle was ready for inspection and test drive when we arrived. They were friendly, but wouldn't initially disclose the maintenance records until their absence was used to negotiate a lower price. The actual salesman really pushed their extended warranty hard. Overall, buying a car isn't a pleasant experience, and Frontier isn't any better or worse than the rest.
Great experience, ultimately reached a deal and left satisfied with the new purchase. Extra props to Alma, Marlin & Reggie!!!
