Dealer contacted me rather quickly. We had a few Tel-Con's about the vehicle in question. I ultimately purchased the vehicle but it almost did not happen. We were nearly finished about financing and then I had a few more questions to ask. That's when everything seemed to fall apart. I called the first time and during the transfer we were disconnected. Very professional
The salesman and the GM lied to my face. Drove 300 miles to get a car and had to go back twice due to lights and codes on the dash indicating something was wrong. They said it was fixed. NOPE!! Got the same codes and more on our way home. Cars going back!!! They absolutely suck at customer service. Stay away!!! They can’t be trusted.
Wyatt immediately contacted me and was very helpful with any questions and even offered to drive the vehicle from the dealership to my apartment to let me test drive it that day (30 miles away). We went on about a 20 minute test drive and he was very helpful. He let me know that I could E-Sign if I want to take the car off the market. I said I was not comfortable signing anything until after my mechanic inspected it. I had the vehicle inspected the next day he worked. I asked a specific question about the car displayed. There was no indication that the question was acknowledged, let alone understood. All I get from the vast majority of sellers that I contact is "when can you come in for a test drive" or some sales hustle question revealing poor reading skills and utter lack of sales training. The response here was quick (not hard with today's technology) but totally clueless. Not my favorite buying environment...

No salesperson ever contacted me, the online person said they would email me. They had two pictures of the car I was interested in, I asked for more pictures before I made the 3 hr drive but never received them. I did receive an email 2 days later telling me the car was sold. Hands down, the worst customer service I've ever experienced!! Good luck if you decide to buy from this dealership!
