I dealt with Ashley and made an order for approximately 2350. When I got to the job site, which was 3 hours away from the supply house. Found that 80 percent of my fittings were wrong. At this point I was a sitting duck with majority of the parts useless. I had the confidence that they had competence and knew what items they give their customers. I won’t be going back to them.
Felt very uncomfortable there, clearly the senior sales staff are anti LGBTQ Won't be back, spreading the word to my community. If the Owner wishes to know what happened just respond.
Pass on this company if you’re needing supplies shipped from the Anchorage store. I had high hopes at first. Friendly and knowledgeable. Then things fell off the rails. I provided my list of needs. I was assured it would be shipped out that day unless there was an issue and if so then I would be called back. I learned several days later there was an issue with a few parts, but never got that call because the employee went home for the day and his weekend.
