Yea consulted in may, it’s now august and I still haven’t had anything done, anytime I call it’s “we will have someone call you” or “we’re rural receptionist” guess it’s easy to keep jerking someone around when they’re not the ones in pain. Now they say I have to go to twin due to no record of my consultation. Don’t waste your time go to SLC or somewhere someone else!

My first appointment was great. Dr. Dazley listened to me and my systems. He took the time to explain what the best route for treatment was. He said he would have one of his employees get to work on ordering my x-ray and sending over the referral for physical therapy. Have yet to hear back about either. I’ve called to see where we’re in the process and they said they would get right on it and now here we are a week later and still nothing.
