Had a leak in my grey water system so I called frontier. I was at work when they completed the job came home and the water was backing up to the kitchen sink. Called next day and was told it was working fine and they ran water through it with no issue but now that I'm digging it up I see they ran water through it along with large rocks and dirt. I pretty much paid them 900 dollars to get the health department off my back even though the issue was worse when they left.

This company is good at pumping your tank BUT they are frustrating to deal with. Call response is SLOW, like days slow. Left messages on Monday explaining the issue, tried again on Tuesday and finally got a response say they can be out on Wednesday. The guys (Skylar and Curtis) are nice and friendly, but they are not “plumbers” and they don’t have equipment to unclog pipes inside your house.
