Awful. I never in my 64 years of being on this planet would have imagined the terrible customer service this Rick guy gives 😡 He is rude, aggressive, and a terror to speak to! Never missed a penny on my rent yet he is so foul mouth it hurts! 😢 I will NOT put another cent into this place nor this man. I was raised in a time when people had manners and knew how to treat people with kindness and respect just like Aretha Franklin sang about but apparently, that lesson skipped right over Rick! The indoor parking can be a little tight, but the price is really good. The manager Rick is willing to help at every turn. Definitely recommend

I have used this storage unit for the past 10 yrs or so, keeping our camper inside the large building is nice and out of the weather. We have had issues in the past with billing, and a theft/break in. The theft wasn’t really due to lack of fencing or security, was just something that happens unfortunately. The billing issues were several years ago and I think due to software/billing changes. Haven’t had any issues for a couple years. I would definitely recommend Frontier if there are any available spots!
