For the last 20 years Frontier has slowly acquired the better part of the block facing Central Avenue across from the UNM campus. Seriously the best burritos in Albuquerque. We had the Frontier, Red Chile, Bean and Cheese and Vegetarian Burritos, all were incredibly big and delicious. The Horchata was the best I have ever had.
Love the place duke city burger double patty extra green chilly the best !!!! And the red chilly stew!!
This place is HEAVEN!!! I loved the food! Seriously best breakfast burrito ever!!! And the sweet roll don't even get me started! If you haven't been its a must you get here ASAP!!!
The most comforting place to dine in ABQ. Always consistent, always delicious, and the green chile is just the best. This is the diner all of Albuquerque loves.
The food is good...but I wonder why you don't support the NM Chile industry? I asked if the chile was certified by the @New Mexico Certified Chile Program and the answer was, "No."
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We were looking to place an order for 200 burritos and the manager at the Lomas location said he didn't have time to listen to me about what our organization does but once I told him we wanted to order 200 Burritos he then wanted our business. THEN I call the corporate office to place a complaint about the store and half way through the call Shannon gets on the phone and tells me that I didn't call her back about our order next week so she isn't sure why I'm calling to complain! Been here several times over the last 14 years and I still love it!!!
From the moment I walked in, I knew I would get some food. Things seem like people eat here and stuff. Try the Dr. Pepper, it's definitely Dr. Pepper.
Almost everyone who works or studies at the University of New Mexico loves this diner, and I can taste why - the burritos are delish, the decor is quirky, the staff were very welcoming, and you simply cannot eat here without the ordering a cinnamon roll! I have only two recommendations for the owners of this fine establishment: it would be nice if you offered veggie or boca patties for the burgers.
