I was referred here while tracking down Kubota parts for a Multiquip Welder/Generator. The parts that had to be ordered arrived in a reasonable timeframe and the prices were reasonable as well. Ive had some difficulty contacting the parts department with calls frequently going to voicemail, and a call not returned after having an issue with an order. They did apologize for and resolve the issue regarding the order
You should know one of your employees was driving around in a company vehicle, aggressively giving middle fingers out. Doesn't do well for the image of the company.
