This can not wait, It's Monday morning and I have got to get this out there posthaste. Friday morning, it was drizzling rain. Frontier Motors has turned out to be a Class A automotive sales organization. Shawn Jackson was my sales associate, he was responsive, respectful and went beyond his comfort zone to provide excellent service. I felt I could trust them from the beginning and when I explained a troubling situation to them, they were quick to address the matter and satisfy my concerns. This was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Rob Ballard and Brian Merritt are great. Got me better rate and payments way lower than I expected and the process was just fast. I think I submitted my paperwork at 9am and by 230pm I was out the door in my new ride with an Apple Strudel which was bangin.
They were great to deal with. We were selling a car on craig's list, and Scott Tait contacted me. After discussing my car's condition on the phone, he offered me what I was asking. When I got to the dealership, which was over 2 hours away, they inspected the car, and wrote me a check for what we had agreed to. I was out of there within 15 minutes, with my check. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a car from Don Curd, he was so nice and concerned for all my needs. Anything I ask of Don he came though with flying colors. I can't say Thank You enough, you made sure I got the car I wanted, I also want to Thank Brian Merritt (finance). Very pleasant and professional. Awesome experience selling our vehicle to Frontier. Worked exactly as stated. Gave us a fair price for our vehicle and we were in and out with a check in hand in less than 30 minutes. Thank you John! I absolutely love my truck! It's exactly what I was looking for! As an older woman, I was feeling somewhat apprehensive about getting another car. I was still in my same vehicle from 12 years ago, so it had been a while since I had been car shopping. My sales person, Zia, helped me to feel at ease. I was confident that I wouldn't be taken advantage of. I also had 5 different friends and relatives to recommend Frontier Motors! Good choice ...thanks Zia!
The only thing I regret is not coming to this dealership first. As soon as I walked in on their lot I was greeted and sat down. The salesperson Zia was super helpful and upfront with me. Before even showing me cars she helped me figure out what would be best for me within my own price range. She made sure that I understood what I was getting and the information about the car.
